Job Summary

• The main job duties are to implementing training programs on products, sales communication and maintaining the highest standards of service in line with brand guidelines across Asia Pacific Markets
• This position requires working closely with the commercial, training and trade marketing team

Scope

• Work with Trade Marketing Manager to define & implement Training strategy, deliver effective training for TR APAC channel & customers to achieve business objectives
• Responsible to define the annual training schedule, develop training modules & teaching materials for each customer according to the assigned budget & customer’s needs
• Ensure follow-up of the training plans, with monitoring and analysis of effectiveness through KPIs agreed with your supervisor
• Working in synergy with the various internal company functions (Training Managers, Brand Managers, Product Development & Design, Trade Marketing & Sales, ...) for the definition and validation of the content and training methods produced, ensuring alignment with the guidelines of the brands and the needs of the markets / channels
• Ensure constant updating on new training techniques and tools by collecting feedback, trends and innovations from the outside
• Manage and respect the assigned annual budget, sharing a periodic progress with your manager

Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training
• Experience in luxury and/or retail industry is highly preferred
• University degree or above

Ideal Candidate

• Min. 4-5 years of work experience in training, previous experience in delivering sales, service and product training within a retail environment
• Proactive and a good team player with Commercial acumen
• Good organizational skills & attentive to details
• Strong facilitation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, with ability to work under pressure, prioritize projects & adjust work accordingly
• Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
• Travel required – 60% of the time
