Responsibilities:

• Providing warm welcome to customers, understand their needs and ensure the Best Customer Experience is achieved
• Handling inquiries raised by customers
• Supporting various customer events and perform administrative duties
• Supporting ad hoc assignments arranged by managers

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
• Relevant customer service experience would be an advantage but not necessary 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English
