Responsibilities

• Efficiently respond to e-mail or telephone queries in a professional manner
• Manage documentation and sales tools (sales kits, proposals and contracts)
• Assists Sales Team to prepare quotations and tender documents
• Prepare regular sales analysis reports for management
• Co-ordinate with inter-departments’ sales related matters
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Sales Team

Requirements

• High diploma or above in Business Administration or relevant qualification in sales or marketing
• 2-3 years of sales administration experience is preferred
• Proactive, customer-oriented and good problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and independently
• Good telephone manner and communication skills
• Good command in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
