Responsibilities

Provide technical support service for our VR software system

PC workstation hardware installations and upgrades.

Management of VR peripheral equipment 

Work closely with our internal engineering team 

Requirements

Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent

1-3 years relevant experience, experience in Customer Services, Technical Support will be an advantage

Good problem solving

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Good communication skill and able to work independent
