Summary:

We are currently seeking Full-time Trading Floor Support , to be located in Hong Kong. The position will be responsible for providing top quality support for financial / security/ investment bank. The candidate will be hired for Trading Floor Support/ Helpdesk Team, Deskside team or System Administrator according to their working experiences and qualification.

Responsibilities:

Candidate will responsible for faulting diagnosis and resolves questions on front desk or back office. Meanwhile, candidate also responsible for Ad-hoc projects for business expansion.

• Implement system’s hardware and software components and systems upgrade
• Systems administration, maintenance, backup or restore, performance tuning
• Troubleshoot and problem solve PC related hardware, Printer and software issues
• Escalate Technical support issues to other technical teams or 3rd party vendors
• Prepare various documentation and perform IT inventory tracking
• Proactive management and maintenance of the networks and system
• Keeping up to date with relevant technologies.
• Communicating and working with involved partners to resolve incidents

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in IT, Business Information, or related disciplines
• No less than 2 year IT support experience
• Good knowledge in Desktop support, Server, Database & Networking
• Knowledge in hardware (PC /Printers/Monitors/IPT, etc.)
• Proficient in Windows operating system, knowledge in Mac OS would be advantage
• Self-motivated, proactive and energetic team player
• Good command of written or spoken English and Chinese
• Ideal candidate will be offered a permanent position

Candidates with more experiences will be considered for a senior position; Less experience considered as junior level with on-job training provided
