Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for explore and identify business opportunities and new export channels in different countries ; 
• Develop relationships with key accounts in order to maximise business opportunities;
• Retain existing clients and explore more potential partnership from both existing market and outisde Hong Kong;
• Conduct market research and surveys of new markets;
• Analyse the trends of the customers and developing plans and strategies to meet market needs
• Control the allocated budget and the implementation of the plan to achieve sales and strategic objectives;
• Achieve assigned sales target and KPI by implementing sales strategies.

Requirements:.

• University degree in Business Management or related disciplines;
• Mins. 8 years' experience of key account management and sharing best practices from sales, business development and/or marketing;
• Familiar with the education sector, publishing industry and overseas market;
• An inspiring leader who can motivate, coach and direct subordinates from different background;
• Good communicator, negotiator, self-starter and team player;
• Good analytical skills and dynamic;
• Excellent command of English and Chinese.
