Responsibilities:

1. To obtain and analyze the requirements of the users. Including network infrastructure, application, various IT projects to achieve company objectives.
2. To form a standardized document including the programming and users’ manual etc.
3. To guide the development of the whole project, to communicate with the end-users constantly and to be familiar with the business in the application field.  Such as POS improvement, CRM system and ERP system etc.
4. To guide enterprises to formulate strategic data plans, organize development projects, and evaluate and select suitable development methods and tools.
5. Providing business process / architecture restructuring guidance

 Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
2. Minimum 5 years relevant experience with at least 3 years at supervisory level from Garment or Textile industry
3. Certifications of PMP is preferred
4. Excellent leadership skills,  vendor management, negotiation, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to communicate with all levels of management in a non-technical language
6. Good command of spoken and written in Chinese, English and Putonghua
7. Immediate Available is highly preferred
