English Customer Service Representatives (CSR-NIGHT SHIFT)
Job Type: Contract (Period: NOW - 13 Sept 2018)
We are looking for fluent English Customer Service Representatives (NIGHT SHIFT – 21:00 – 06:00). Full training will be given - if you possess the communication skills and enjoy teamwork, we will teach you the rest!
You will support our customers who are mostly from America or Europe while they encounter challenges and thus contact us via telephone or email.

The role & responsivities:
- Communicate and give information via telephone or e-mail to solve customers’ enquiries
- Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied
- Escalate complicated inquiries to higher level if necessary
- Work proactively with colleagues, the supervisor and manager
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Your working hours is supporting the US time zones (HK Time 21:00 – 06:00).
Your skills & requirements:
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Excellent communicator with excellent command of English
- Excellent numerical and verbal reasoning skills
- Basic MS Office skills
- Relative experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
Salary: HKD12,000-15,000 (Based on position and experience)
