Responsibilities:

• To monitor closely the order sending status to factories
• To calculate the cost, freight charge & prepare quotation to factories & customers
• Base on Shipping Instruction from Japan to arrange Delivery Instruction to forwarder
• To monitor & manage shipments tracking according to customer requirements
• To follow up shipment issues with factories & customers
• To participate in departmental projects & assist in report preparation
   

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Transport & Logistics Management or equivalent
• 1 year relevant experience in sizable supply chain / logistics company
• Experience in managing ERP & PC literate with good analytical skills
• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin & English
• A good team player with strong communication & interpersonal skills
