• Organize & coordinate order delivery progress.
• Follow up on after-sales services, feedback and requirements from the clients.
• Coordinate with our customer and internal operation department to ensure smooth operation.
• Provide professional service to customers for order coordination and follow up
• Follow up SOP while bring in new ideas for improvement in operations process
• Handle enquiries from customers and vendors
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superior

 Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year account servicing experience is preferred  
• Familiar with MS Office Applications with emphasis on Excel. Strong Excel experience is preferred. (ie. pivot table & vlookup) 
• Strong sense of responsibility, hands-on and committed to deliver quality results under pressure
• Have teamwork spirit and responsible
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
