Responsibilities :

• Design and execute strategic retail business plan to maximize business growth
• Oversee the daily operation of retail and wholesales business
• Manage, train and motivate frontline staff to deliver quality customer services
• Manage stock levels and movement to optimize sell-through
• Conduct sales analysis and prepare proposal to strengthen existing business
• Establish good relationship with department stores and shopping malls.

Requirements :

• Tertiary educated or above
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in retail business with at least 3 years at managerial level. Those with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
• Team player with good interpersonal and leaderships skills
• Excellent communication skills and analytical abilities
• Independent, responsible with proactive thinking
