Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Design and execute strategic retail business plan to maximize business growth
- Oversee the daily operation of retail and wholesales business
- Manage, train and motivate frontline staff to deliver quality customer services
- Manage stock levels and movement to optimize sell-through
- Conduct sales analysis and prepare proposal to strengthen existing business
- Establish good relationship with department stores and shopping malls.
Requirements :
- Tertiary educated or above
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in retail business with at least 3 years at managerial level. Those with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
- Team player with good interpersonal and leaderships skills
- Excellent communication skills and analytical abilities
- Independent, responsible with proactive thinking
