Job Description: The incumbent is responsible for providing quality customer services, including inquiry & complaint handling, and general administrative work, at our service center.

​Requirements:

•  Higher Diploma or above
• 0-1 year working experience, willing to throw oneself into customer services.
• Good command of written & spoken Cantonese, communicative level of English and Mandarin
• Result-oriented and self-motivated with cheerful mind
• Fresh graduates will be considered as well.
• Willing to work on roster basis;
• Immediately available is highly preferred

Successful applicants are required to attend a 1 month of pre-employment training course with pay. Trainees are entitled to training allowance and free lunch during the pre-employment training period. Upon completion of the training course, applicants with good performance will be engaged as employees.
