Job Duties:

• Identify, source, negotiate and secure optimal locations for retail sales business expansion over an allocated timeframe
• Open new retail sales channels (e.g Roadshows, Department Store Counters, Telecommunication Online shops) and coordinate with Marketing team for development the right marketing mix
• Develop, promote and sell the strategic communications plan that targets our company products to prospective customers
• Provide regular business analysis and market insights for exploring new business opportunities
• Take marketing initiatives to drive our brand awareness
• Ensure store openings meet timelines and schedules set without compromising brand, quality and cost
• Co-ordinate with project team, retail operation and marketing team on new store opening and expansion of existing store
• Prepare monthly analysis reports, presentations and business proposal for top management review

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder of business or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ experience or above on Sales &Marketing /Merchandisng /Business Development /Account management, preferably in Retail / Department Store industry
• Relevant experience in home consumer products/ consumer durables is highly preferable
• Exp on store activities, events and fairs management, online shopping and group buying business
• Proven track record with strong connection, knowledge and network in the business
• Able to work independently and take the initiative on self-started role and hand-on position
• Good communication and negotiation skills, presentable, self-motivated and outgoing
• Good coordination and interpersonal skill
• Excellent command of English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferable
