Responsibilities:

• To promote and sell Trade Declaration and value-added services to target business companies by phone
• To be responsible for telesales activities, including promotion of sales/marketing campaigns for generating new business revenue / retaining existing customer revenue
• To contribute to total customer satisfaction
• To handle customer request and drive for results to meet customer expectation

 Requirements:

• F.5 or above with 1 to 2 years of solid and proven Telesales experience in IT/ telecom/e-commerce field/sales or customer care
• Result-oriented and self-motivated
• Excellent selling skills and able to work under pressure
• Excellent telephone manner, good command of Cantonese and English
• Good working attitude with strong team work morale
• Good command of computer skill
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of “Senior Telesales Officer”
