We’re looking for ... 

A highly-talented Inside Sales Manager that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment, to be one of the pioneering members of our China Team. An Inside Sales Manager will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with Biz Dev., generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

  • Develops Sales Opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Learned to identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport;
  • Identifying sales opportunities by analyzing customers’ demands, suggesting related new Financial Solution; explaining features products and the industry trends, especially Cross-Border E-commerce industry.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned pool
  • Team with Internal & External Partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Have you accomplished this kind of qualification?

  • +1 year of inside sales experience (Fresh graduates are also welcomed)
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both Chinese & English (Simplified Chinese Reading Skill is Required)
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • A team player and a highly self-motivated individual
  • Experience handling an international financial services account
