工作职责 Job responsibilities

1、负责东渡香港公司的物业销售工作； 

Responsible for Dongdu Hongkong company's property and sales work;

2、与东渡日本公司协调完成销售目标；

Coordinate with Dongdu Japan company to finish the sales target;

3、建立业务战略，维护销售渠道，预测年度总体收入； 

Build overarching business strategy, maintain sales pipeline and forecast strategic revenue;

4、与客户和行业合作伙伴确定并建立可持续的战略关系；

Identify and build sustainable and strategic relationships with clients and industry partners; 

5、积极开发并获得新客户信息，扩展现有业务；

Develop and acquire a portfolio of new accounts, expand existing business;  

6、领导和管理销售团队以实现战略和目标，管理整体业务流程和报告。

Lead and manage sales team to deliver on strategy and targets, managing the team pipeline and reporting.

任职资格 Qualifications

1、3-5年房地产工作经验，熟悉香港当地房地产政策法规，有一手房销售、二手中介业务等工作经验；

3-5 years of real estate experience, familiar with local real estate policies and regulations in Hong Kong, working experience includes first house sales, second hand intermediary business;

2、本科及以上学历；

Bachelor degree and above;

3、中文流利，英语听说读写能力强；

Fluent Chinese, English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability;

4、具有房地产执业E照。 

Real estate E card is necessary.
