Our Client is an innovative diamond & jewellery company in Hong Kong and Macau. Now they are looking for Sales Consultant to join their young & energetic team.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Deliver quality customer service with expert knowledge, passion and care
• Achieve Sales Targets on HK & Macau market
• Handle Customer orders, enquirers & complaints and provide customer service
• Sharing with customers company background to continue to enhance the brand
• Support in organize/ support sales events

Requirement:

• Form 7 or above
• Minimum 1-2 years Jewelry / luxury goods sales experience
• With DGA/FGA/GIA Professional Certificate is definite advantage
• Proficient in PC operations especially MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
• Fluency in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and  English
• Smart, positive and self-motivated
• Mature, independent, strong communication skills and able to work under pressure
• Fresh graduate with good potential will also be considered
• Frequent travel to Macau may required
• Immediately available is highly preferred
