JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual financial and management reports, and variance analysis

• Report to Director and handle full set of accounting duties and daily operations

• Liaising with Shop Manager to produce accurate report and financial needs as necessary

• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management

• Liaising with external auditor, and assist with annual audit and tax returns and other financial needs as necessary

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or above with at least 2 years' accounting experience in sizable organizations;

• As least 2 years relative experience in F&B or FMCG industry will a definite advantage;

• Have the ability to work independently

• Capable to handle confidential and sensitive matters

• Good time management, detail-minded, work under pressure, efficient, independent and self-motivated

• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese and Mandarin

• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel, Peachtree

• Immediate availability is highly preferred; and

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant.

 Remuneration and benefit:

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (5-day work, 10am to 7pm). Occasional night shift / Weekend duty maybe required if any special circumstance;

• Discretionary bonus;

• 10 Annual Leave; and

• Medical Insurance.
