Our Client is a large-scale enterprise with businesses across a variety of different industries. They are now hiring a FP&A Manager to provide valuable insights to senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Report to CFO, leading a team of 4
• Be responsible for the planning, budgeting and forecasting at the Group level
• Conduct financial analysis and modelling in business reviews and decision-making.
• Tracking financial status by monitoring variances from budget, and improving financial status by analyzing P&L's and forecasting on a regular basis, evaluate results and variances, and recommending corrective measures and action plans in bridging gaps
• Business partner with BU leaders and present proposals to senior management.
• Review business costing regularly and providing in-depth sales trend and profitability analysis.
• Assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, constructing and driving methodical recommendations.
• Develop, review and implement appropriate financial / reporting systems; to be responsible for financial planning and analysis covering periodic reports and other reports on ad-hoc basis.
• Review various projects and financial analysis that covering a wide variety of finance and commercial areas.
• Drive and support new market establishments (both in-house establishments and franchise markets)

Requirements:

• University graduate in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 10 years’ solid experience in Financial Planning and analysis with MNC exposure preferably gained in retail, F&B and/or FMCG industries
• Big 4 experience is a Must
• Advanced Excel skills, VBA and Proficient in SAP
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Able to translate data and analysis into meaningful business insights
• Ability to achieve tight deadlines and work well under pressure
• Be strong in negotiation, presentation, fluent English and Chinese, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills
