Our client is a well known private equity across Asia, they are expanding their business and hence looking for a high competent fund accountant to join their team.

Responsibilities: 

• Handle daily finance and operations including but not limit to payments preparation
• Responsible for preparing financial & management reporting of the PE Fund
• Prepare cash flow forecast statement consolidation 
• Record transactions such as bookkeeping of invoices, bank reconciliations, fund transactions analysis etc
• Coordinate with external service provider for month end closing and accounting input
• Work closely with investment team to provide support on compliance and legal issues
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in fund services environment on fund admin duties, experience in Private Equity is highly preferred 
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate ability to work in collaboration with other team members
• Excellent communication skills in fluent English & Mandarin 
• Organized, detail-mined, and highly self-motivated
