Responsibilities:

• Take overall responsibility for all finance work and report to CFO.
• Coordinate with various business departments/ offices and participate in budgeting and forecasting.
• Perform credit control & management.
• Prepare financial analysis in a timely manner .
• Oversee the financial operations of local companies and foreign operations.
• Develop good and workable procedures and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls and business performance .
• Review and comment on finance related terms in contract.
• Participate in special projects and ad-hoc assignments.
• Other duties assigned.

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting/Finance, or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the accounting practices, of which 3 years of working experience as Finance Manager or related capacity.
• Work in licensing industry is highly preferred.
• Mature, strong analytical & good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, proactive, detail-minded and able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Sage 300.
• Experience in PRC accounting is an advantage.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
• Immediately available preferred.
