Responsibilities: 

• Prepare journal entries for month end closing
• Perform reconciliation of trade receivables and bank balances
• Handle daily accounting operation, such as customer's settlement and monitoring daily receipts at stores
• Handle direct debit with bank
• Ad hoc duties as assigned
• No travelling required 

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Accountancy or above with at least 3 years relevant work experience
• Proficient in MS office e.g. Excel, Word 
• Details-oriented and willing to learn attitude
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and tight month end deadline
• Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Accounting Officer
