Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily settlement operations for securities and futures contracts, including trade transactions matching, CCASS and DCASS operations, report distribution, client statements preparation and IPO and placement;
• Handle all clearing activities, including corporate action, entitlement distributions and physical scrip collection;
• Responsible for day-end procedures, including daily stock reconciliation;
• Liaise with RO and Account Department and communicate with external parties;
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned. 

Requirement

• Diploma or above;
• 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred;
• Strong PC skill & proficiency in MS Word Excel and Chinese word processing;
• Mature, self-motivated, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
