Job Description
Wealth Management & Financial 

• Develop our customer business and establish long-term relationships by managing an assigned Premier clientele portfolio.
• Manage the total wealth of your clients by matching our financial and investment product solutions to their needs.
• To provide comprehensive financial strategies to individual and corporate client including risk management, Wealth creation, Retirement planning, MPF, Medical, Life insurance, Investment.
  To manage and train your sub-ordinates in building up professionalism in the financial planning industry.
• Arrange corporate benefit schemes including business, keyman insurance and employee benefit.
  Provide high quality after-sale service to customers.
• To manage and develop your own Team.

Requirements

• University Graduated with 3 years working experiences.
• Outgoing personality with a strong customer focus.
• Good managerial, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cantonese speaker with permanent Hong Kong residence, proficiency in English and Mandarin an advantage.
• Strong mind in building a long term successful career.
• No finance or insurance experience is required.
• 1 & 3 License Holder preferred.

• Guaranteed basic salary a minimum of HK$25,000 to HK$50,000 fully supported by AIA Premier Academy.
• With (1) Commission (2) Renewal Commission and (3) Year End Bonus will be paid
  If you made Unit Manager grade on or before 24 months, Extra (4) Management Bonus (5) Career Bonus (6) Office.Allowance and (7) Car Parking Allowance will be paid.
• Personal working office is also provided to Unit Manager and above.
