Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily operations and maintenance of RAN
• Perform software and hardware upgrade for RAN related Nodes
• Handle network resource expansion and fine-tuning for optimal performance
• Scheduling and Implementation for the change request
• Responsible for service provisioning, in-house automation and maintenance of network management system
• Night job and Emergency support call is required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Electronics/ Telecommunication/ Information System or equivalent
• At least 1 year solid experience on O&M support of mobile system
• Knowledge in Mobile Network Engineering project and operation flow
• Knowledge of Ericsson mobile WRAN and GRAN and LRAN system will be an advantage
• Knowledge of service provisioning and work with Vendor
• Self-motivated, fast learning, initiative and good communication
• Hands-on experience in technical trouble-shooting
• Basic programming skills in C#, VB.net, SQL, Visual Basic, Shell Script, PHP web application, etc but no essence
• Immediate available will definitely be an advantage
