Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Follow up the project life cycle
- Evaluate product requirements and specifications
- Conduct acceptance testing and performance measurement
- Prepare system document such as test plan and operation guide
- Provide technical support to end user on various VAS of Voice Service.
- Liaise with internal department, users and external vendors to ensure deliverables quality and meet the requirements
Requirements:
- Degree in Electronics, Computing, Telecommunications, or other related disciplines
- At least 5-7 years relevant experience.
- Experience of system development on UNIX & LINUX platform
- Familiar with mobile switch network, SIP, CAMEL, MAP, DIAMETER and ISUP protocol
- Experiences in using Java, PL/SQL, SOAP, JSON, and Linux script programming is a plus
- Experience in using Oracle database will be an advantage
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Good communicational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Engineer
