Duties:
- Assist in overseeing ongoing operations and procedures in Hong Kong, China, and Singapore region;
- Provide leadership and management that reflects the Guiding principles;
- Participate in the preparation and development of short and long-term plans based on wider organizational goals;
- Measure and ensure the effectiveness of internal and external processes, while providing complete, timely and accurate reports on the company's operating condition;
- Evaluate and appraise the results of overall operations systematically and regularly;
- Spearhead and motivate a high-performance management team, attracting and recruiting the required members of the executive team who are not currently in place, and creating a good management career development program that also ensures effective succession for units falling under his/her responsibility;
- Foster an accountable and success-oriented working environment.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as Operation Manager or relevant management role;
- Understanding of business functions such as Business Operation, IT, HR, Finance, etc.;
- Demonstrate competency in strategic planning and business development;
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance / operation metrics;
- Working knowledge of IT / Business Infrastructure and MS Office;
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills;
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving;
- Excellent command of spoken and written English; Cantonese and Putonghua.
