Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in horticulture maintenance and landscaping, with 1 year taking up a supervisory position
• Certificates holder majoring in Environmental Science, Landscape Management or related disciplines is preferable
• Innovative, driven and hands on, with the ability to motivate the team on the completion of works and projects
• Prior experience in working on the tendering process, as well as the ability to work closely with the workers on on-site technical issues on landscaping
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate clearly and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders
• Potential opportunities for further career development, including promotions and widening job scopes

Role & Responsibilities:

• Leading and overseeing the workers/gardeners to perform horticultural maintenance duties
• Take up responsibility as the on-site responsible for landscape management, planning and maintenance
• Working closely with the management team and actively involving in reviewing and providing insights on landscaping and gardening improvements
• Acting as the in-charge for the management of tendering and contracting out works for landscape initiatives; hands on from the tender selection process to the engagement and monitoring of the contractors
