Job Description

Duties:

  • Provide sales administration support
  • Co-ordinate overseas shipment and local delivery
  • maintain the inventories movement
  • Co-ordinate with factories and branches of Linde Group, vendors and suppliers
  • Handle customer enquiry
  • Provide general office administration support
  • Prepare monthly reports per Sales Manager’s direction

Requirements:

  • F.7 or above
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • 2 years relevant working experience
  • Accuracy typing is a must
  • Good communication skill
  • Enthusiastic on work
  • Knowledge in ERP system is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
