Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare shipping documents and liaise with logistic team on daily delivery arrangements.
- Support daily operations include customer inquiries, order processing, ensure on time delivery and meet customer’s expectations.
- Other clerical works and ad hoc projects assigned.
Requirements:
- F.5 or above with at least 2 year experience in clerical role.
- Independent with strong sense of responsibility.
- Well-versed with PC skill and MS Office suite including Word and Excel.
- Goods command of written and spoken Cantonese/Chinese and English.
- Knowledge in I/E document is an advantage.
