Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and placing orders to the suppliers and and handle the logistic affairs, including PO, invoicing, shipping & delivery;
• Assist the team on documentation and administration work and improvements in procurement processes;
• Prepare reports and documentations as requested
• Occasional business trip is required;

Requirements:

• Certificate or diploma in purchasing and supply chain relevant and with 1 year working experience;
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese word processing.
• Good command in both written and spoken fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Detailed-minded, energetic and strong sense of responsibility.
• Fresh graduate will be also considered
• Immediate available is preferred.
