A US Air Freight leading company is seeking for Coordinator/Senior Coordinator in Regional office at Hong Kong

Responsibilities

• Handle daily air booking
• Verifying shipping documents
• Liaise with local/oversea clients
• Liaise with offshore branches
• Prepare shipments report
• Update IT system

Requirements

• Diploma or above
• 3 years related working experience in logistics industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented, self-motivated, able to work under pressure & willing to work overtime when required
• Excellent service manner, patience and problem-solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
