Job Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare full set of shipping documents and procedure
Follow up product delivery schedule with China Operation Centre
Handle overseas customers’ enquiries
Update inventory record on a daily basis

Requirements:

1 year relevant experience
F.5 or above with pass in English Syllabus B (DSE English result requirement equivalent to HKCEE)
Well-versed in Microsoft applications
Knowledge in handling Carnet, TIB and using Tradelink is definite an advantage
Good command of written and spoken English
Able to work overtime, under pressure and independently
Participate in overseas exhibition occasionally
Immediate available is preferred
