Job Description
Responsibilities
-Handle daily booking with shipper and communicate with overseas branches/agents
-Coordinate with overseas agents regarding cargo status of outbound air shipment
-Coordinate with internal department for daily operation
-Provide back-up support to teammates
Requirements
-Form 5 or above
-Minmum 5-year relevant working experience in airfreight forwarding industry is preferred
-Proficiency of spoken and written English & Mandarin
-Good customer servicing skills, patient and proactive
-Willing to learn & work under pressure
