About the Role:

This is an important role to support the growth across the China regions and will see your supporting the team with a variety of tasks, working autonomously with a growing fast pace environment.

We need a combination of technical and administration support to our team.  We have a collaborative friendly culture and we all pull together to provide an outstanding service for our consumers.  The Head Office team is cooperative and friendly working environment.

You will be responsible for:

• Provide high standard of wide-range support to regional offices in Mainland China;
• Monitor the inventory, organize shipments and logistic
• Liaise with key accounts, internal parties and regional offices
• Collaborate with the teammates and to optimize the general workflow in order to achieve our common goal;
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned; and
• May travel overseas if necessary.
  
  

Skills and experience:

• High Diploma / Degree holder with at least 1 year experience in operation / purchasing / trading firm preferable;
• Good common in both English and Chinese, also fluent in Mandarin is a must;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• With experience in China market and/or trading firm would be definitely advantage;
• Working autonomously as well as collaboratively as part of the team;
• Well-organizing and detail-minded and strategic thinking;
• Willing to learn.
