Job Requirement

• Form 5 or above

• Min. 1 to 2 years working experience in Billing and/or shipping department

• Advanced computer skills including Chinese Word Processing, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Emailing

• Independent, proactive, strong in communication skills

• Well-organized, positive and responsible

• Immediate available is highly preferable

Job Description

• Responsible for the preparation of general shipping documents and issue purchase order, order processing and general shipping, I/E document

• Coordinate / communicate with internal / external parties on follow up shipment

• Keep good inventory control

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

• Responsible for daily communications with buyers & Vendors, product development, sample & bulk follow up
