Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate with forwarder, vendors and different departments to monitor shipment schedules
• Handle daily logistics arrangement including booking of freight, B/L preparation, and customs formalities as necessary
• Manage shipment info to enable visibility of shipment
• Coordinate inbound containers unloading into Hong Kong warehouse
• Coordinate warehouse outbound trucking arrangement as necessary
• Manage forwarders to ensure desired service level
• Conduct freight rate and schedule enquiry, benchmark and propose best shipment mode
• Co-ordinate with vendors/forwarders for cargo pick up
• Support supervisor on any ad hoc task/projects as necessary

Requirements:

• F.7, Diploma or above in Logistics Management or related discipline
• Min 2 years related working experience
• Hands-on computer applications, e.g., Word, Excel
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Experience of using SAP will be an advantage
• Work location: Yuen Long
• Need short-term on job training at Chai Wan head office
