Working Location : Chek Lap Kok

Job Responsibilities 

• To handle daily air freight operations, documentation and transactions
• To follow up with shipment status; identifies incidents and ensures resolution of incidents
• To ensure documents are completed and updated in a timely and efficient manner
• To prepares, controls and distributes all required Import documents to counterparts (carrier, supplier, etc.) complying with regulations and internal procedures
• To respond to internal ad-hoc enquiries by providing professional solutions
• To perform ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements 

• Form 5 or above
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding / air freight import operations
• Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good PC operations knowledge, particularly in MS Excel
• Holiday shift duty and night shift are required
• Immediately available is preferred

*Transportation and Meal allowance will be provided for the location at Chek Lap Kok
