Job Responsibilities:

• Provide sales administration support to sales team;
• Work closely with local & overseas customers, as well as factory in China;
• Coordinate between internal departments and factories for order processing & shipment arrangement to ensure timely service delivery;
• Provide assistance on ad-hoc projects or assignments as required.

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above with at least 1 year relevant working experience;
• Good command of language skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Knowledge in using MS office applications as well as Chinese typing;
• Proactive and detail-minded personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Previous experience in electronics manufacturing industry is preferred.
