Responsibilities:

•    Penetrate and develop new Key Accounts with business to/from NEA region;
•    Lead and motivate Key Account team in HK & South China to achieve business growth as per yearly budget;
•    Identify Key Account targets and maintain substantial pipeline for him/herself and KAM team;
•    Lead commercial negotiations with customers on behalf of the company;
•    Oversee performance of regional Key Account Control Tower in HK and South China;
•    Carry business implementation process with operations;

2. Standard Operations Procedures (SOP)
3. Customer reporting + statistics

•    To report activities in the relevant applications, maintain high level of KPI;
•    Engage actively our network and work closely with overseas counterparts and internal to provide excellent account management to meet customer’s needs;
•    Conduct performance evaluation, disciplinary actions of the KAM team;
•    Be part of the team for MBR/QBR with client;
•    To take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the Company needs.


Requirements:

•    Diploma or above in Business Administration/ Logistics or equivalent;
•    Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding industry, especially in business development & key account management;
•    Good knowledge in contract logistics and supply chain solutions;
•    Proven record of own business development in Key Account with multinationals;
•    Self-starter & independent, sales-oriented mind set and positive attitude;
•    Solid experience in managing large-sized accounts is highly preferred;
•    Very strong experience in Air Freight product;
•    Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua).
