Job Description
- New created team for new customer

Key Tasks
- Responsible for the end to end shipping process including sample dispatch and import/export declarations.
- Coordinate with external logistics partners for shipping related arrangements.
- Communicate with customers on invoicing and follow up on related shipping documentation and activities.
- Preparing logistics reports and market updates.
- Handle all shipping related documents (Letter of Credit and import/ export documentation) and follow-up aligning with the standard operating procedures
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience
- Minimum 5 year’s experience in apparel trading or forwarder company
- Ideally working knowledge of EU supply chain / shipping requirements
- Understanding of FOB, DDP and DAP
- Proficiency in MS Office with intermediate Excel.
- English fluency - written and spoken
