Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the shipment operations including full set of import documents, shipping regulations as well as customs declaration, etc;
- Co-ordinate with warehouses, China factories & China truck forwarders for pickup & delivery;
- Verify, file and keep records of shipments documentation;
- Responsible for the negotiation of freight cost with forwarder and;
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above;
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience;
- Self motivated & initiative with "can-do" attitude & flexible to work under stress;
- Familiar with HK Customs Declaration System & Import/Export licence application;
- Solid experience in electronic components distribution industry and China trading;
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin & English is a MUST;
