Key Responsibilities

• Perform order processing for the customers, including paper works, system update and reports
• Coordinate with transportation and warehouse teams to ensure order fulfilment  
• Follow the instructions from supervisor to enhance operations efficiency and inventory control
• Monitor in / out record of stock to ensure inventory integrity and accuracy
• Work with supervisors on cycle counts and stock takes        
• Handle complaints and report to CS supervisor for further investigation and follow up
• Work location: Kwai Chung HLC (Terminal 4)

Who we are looking for

• Form 5 or above
• One year relevant experiences, preferable in logistics inventory control or customer services 
• Excellent communication & inter-personal skills
• Professional telephone manner in handling customers’ enquiries
• Positive attitude while under pressure and able to meet deadlines
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Chinese & Mandarin
• Knowledge on PC applications
• Immediately available would be an advantage
