Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality and efficient counter services to customers with import shipments into Hong Kong;
• Collect Bills of Lading surrendered by consignees, Letter of Guarantees and other related documents for issuance of Delivery Orders and ensure proper procedures per company rule and policy;
• Check commodity details for each shipment to ensure that Licenses/Permits are due compliance before issuance of Delivery Orders;
• Assist customers over counter when facing difficulties;
• Closely communicate with sales and other functional teams and build up good working relationship with both external and internal customers to facilitate problem solving, business maintenance and development.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Shipping/Logistics Management or equivalent disciplines;
• 1-2 years’ work experience preferably in shipping or freight forwarding industry;
• Proficient PC skills (MS Excel/Word);
• Positive, service-oriented, patient, detail minded and good team player;
• Fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua. Good command of spoken and written English.
