Job Description
Job Duties:
- To consolidate, prepare and verify exporting documents from China / Hong Kong factories
- To arrange cargo bookings in accordance with customer’s guideline
- To prepare shipping documents to forwarders & clients and ensure correct information provided
- To update and meet the documentation delivery time to customers or forwarder
- To follow up with customers or overseas sales reps of the shipment status
- To use the Tradelink system for export declaration
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- 0 - 2 years experience in shipping field of trading company
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Familiar in using Tradelink system
- Good skills in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing
- Good Typing Skills in Chinese & English
- Mature, responsible, self-motivated, willing to learn
- Able to work independently and under pressure
