Job Description
Job Duties
- Liaise with co-loader, overseas agents, trucking company and customer.
- Handle and follow up customer inquiries and shipment booking
- Coordinate with overseas agents regarding cargo status of inbound/outbound air shipment & quotation.
- Handle full set of airfreight export and import shipments and filing.
- Familiar with RAR Program, DG Awareness, E-booking Knowledge will be an advantage.
- System data entry & filing.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years work experience in Freight Forwarding Industry will be an advantage.
- Fair in English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in computer (Microsoft Office) skills.
- Able to work independently and work under tight deadlines.
- No shift duty is required.
- Immediately available is preferable
- Work Location in Shatin.
