The primary responsibility of the Manager Cabin Crew is to manage the performance and daily operations of TAG Aviation Asia permanent and contract cabin crew. This position will assist in the recruitment and training of cabin crew and perform flight duties.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Deliver premium services and safety standard through evaluating and participating in training to cabin crews
• Constantly review training plan and conduct annual quality assurance check to ensure the delivery is in line with TAG standards and complying with the regulatory authority and meeting the expectation of ongoing changing demand
• Ensure cabin crews have attended training to execute TAG level of in-flight services
• Maintain training records with regards to services training and continuation training
• Assist the Recruitment team in the cabin crew recruitment activities
• Manage daily operations of the cabin crew, including annual leave applications, defining job description details and reviewing work performance and etc.
• Manage customer complaints and resolve the issues by providing efficient and effective feedback to cabin crews
• Participate in new A/C set up activities and perform entry into service flights
• Oversee the creation and update of documents for permanent and contract cabin crews
• Create and update contract cabin crew briefing package

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• 6 years working experience as a cabin attendant with minimum of 2 years’ managerial experience preferred
• Previous experience in food and beverage training an advantage
• Experience to manage, inspire and coach diversified talents
• Familiar with aviation safety standards and requirements is highly desirable
• Familiarize cabin crew with the cabin features, functionality and cabin grooming
• Excellent customer service mind-set
• Demonstrated maturity to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Strong sense of responsibility and flexible in terms of working hours
• Competent to manage a budget and forecast expenditure and growth
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
