Responsibilities: 

• Monitoring vessel's pre-arrival applications to local authorities, berthing window and tug/ pilot arrangement;
• Preparation for vessel transit via HKG water. Coordinating with different parties for smoothen the operation process;
• Handling for crew change, ship spare parts delivery, husbandry matter and ad- hoc operation;
• Handling License and Permit application for vessel/ crew transit or intransit at HKG;
• Invoice verification and system update;
• Prepare regular report for management review

Qualifications:

• Diploma or above;
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
• Good PC knowledge, especially in Microsoft excel; experience in SAP is a plus;
• Independent and good command of both written & spoken in English
