Position Purpose

The Logistics Supervisor/ Coordinator has the responsibility to manage the production / wholesale shipments (inbound and outbound), warehouse activities and inventory control. This role works closely with Sales, Wholesale Operations and Finance teams to ensure the company expected performance is in line. 

Responsibilities

• Fulfill daily activities such as accuracy and prioritization in stock allocation, pick and pack, delivery terms and ensuring schedules are within the delivery window.
• Ensure all stock receiving in the warehouse and invoicing to the customers are all correctly input in the RLM system.
• Generate weekly report to U.S. head office for delivery recap and review all the ATS for following up on any unconfirmed orders and pending credit issues to be solved by working with Sales, Wholesale Operations and Finance.
• Review production in-stock schedule and analyze anticipated delivery time line to communicate with appropriate parties. Review on warehouse SOP and contractual terms by providing performance review and cost analysis.
• Work with Sales/Merchandising Planning to manage inventory position, ensuring timely and accurate inventory forecast, clear understanding of oversold and undersold positions, accurate stock recording, timely creation of disposition strategies.
• review the inventory level periodically in Cycle Count and EOY stock take then conduct necessary stock adjustment. Suggest and make call-out on the stock level which are deemed to be followed up in any cases of overage/shortage/discrepancy.  
• Review agreements with wholesale customers and vendors to ensure terms aligns with company shipping standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years solid experience in logistics field within major department store distribution centers.
• Bachelor degree
• Experience in fashion retail industry / luxury brand buying offices is preferable. 
• Strong proficiency with PC software (esp. MS Excel) and data manipulation skills. 
• Self-motivated and well organized.
• Analytical and results oriented - able to succeed in fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Experienced in APAC, China and EU import/export customs knowledge and labelling in warehouse
• Familiar with regulations with China customs and retail.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, in addition to Mandarin Chinese.
