This position is responsible to ensure the accuracy of shipping documents and billing; proper filing and deliver the documents to the correct parties on time.

Your key responsibilities: 

• Edit the shipment information to the System
• Issue/print the company house bills of lading
• Submit shipping instruction to the carriers
• Proof reading of ocean bill of ladings sent by carriers
• Release the bill of lading to customers against the essential documents and payments
• Filing properly
• Achieve 100% key performance index (KPI) and 100% Data Quality
• Comply with standard operation procedure (SOP)

 Your qualifications, experience & skills:

• Form 5/DSE level or above
• Minimum 2 year clerical working experience
• Fair in English and Mandarin
• Basic computer knowledge: MS Excel and Word, Chinese Word Processing
• Good phone manner, interpersonal skills
• Possess core competences including commitment for quality, team building and cooperation
• Work Location: Tsing Yi
